No. All data lives only in browser memory and is never sent to any server. Refresh the page and it's cleared, maximizing your privacy.

What text formats are supported?

Six formats: numbered lists (1. 2. 3.), bullet lists (- or *), Q&A pairs (Q:/A:), key-value pairs (key: value), definitions (term — definition), and blank-line segments.

Can I use it on mobile?

Splity is built mobile-first. Open it in any phone browser — touch flipping and keyboard shortcuts both work.

Can I save my review progress?

The current version keeps data in session memory only, cleared on refresh. Local persistence and export are on the roadmap — stay tuned.

How is this different from Anki?

Splity focuses on instant card creation — no pre-built decks needed. Paste text and start reviewing, perfect for quick reviews and fragmented learning. Anki is better for long-term spaced repetition. The two complement each other.
